2. Products and Product Information

All products offered in our store are handmade from natural solid wood.

Each piece is individually crafted, therefore small differences in:

wood grain,
color,
texture,
knots,
natural cracks,
surface structure,
and shape

are unique characteristics of natural wood and part of the product's design.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Product dimensions, materials, finishes, and other important information are provided in each product description. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, measurements, and photos before placing an order.

Due to differences between screens and devices, the actual product color may slightly vary from images shown online.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

After receiving your order and payment, we will confirm your purchase and begin preparing your item.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as:

incorrect pricing caused by technical errors;
inability to complete the order due to unforeseen circumstances;
suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Handmade Production and Processing Time

Our products are handmade and require individual preparation.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, finishing requirements, and order volume.

Estimated preparation times are provided in the product description or communicated after purchase.

Because handmade production involves natural materials and craftsmanship, minor differences between products may occur.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown in our store are displayed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

We accept payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

Prices may be changed at any time; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Lithuania, European Union.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Upon delivery, customers must inspect the package and product for visible damage.

If damage occurs during transportation, customers should:

document the damage with photos;
inform the courier immediately;
contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Assembly and Product Care

Some furniture items may require simple assembly.

Customers are responsible for following provided assembly instructions.

Damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper use, or unsuitable environmental conditions is not considered a product defect.

Solid wood furniture requires appropriate care. Changes caused by humidity, temperature fluctuations, direct sunlight, or natural aging of wood are not considered defects.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Consumers located in the European Union have rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.

Exceptions may apply to products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized products.

and other materials,

belongs to UAB Bukmedis and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

incorrect assembly;
improper use;
lack of proper care;
modifications made by the customer;
normal aging and natural characteristics of solid wood.

Our responsibility is limited to obligations required under applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union legislation.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights granted under the laws of the customer's country of residence.

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be handled according to applicable Lithuanian and European Union legal procedures.
