Refund policy

At FurnitureByBukmedis, every piece is handcrafted from solid wood and made with great care. Because our furniture is unique, natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, knots, cracks, and shape are part of the design and are not considered defects.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Before signing for the shipment, check the packaging for any visible damage. If the package appears damaged, ask the courier to record the damage on the delivery receipt or complete a damage report.

After unpacking, inspect the product carefully. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or if any parts are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Photos of the damaged item.
Photos of the packaging (inside and outside).
Photos of the shipping label.
A copy of the courier's damage report, if available.

This helps us resolve shipping claims as quickly as possible.

Your Right to Return

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period.

Returned items must be:

unused,
in their original condition,
complete,
and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Custom & Personalized Orders

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made, made to your specifications, or clearly personalized, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because many of our products are large and heavy, return shipping may require freight or pallet transportation. We recommend obtaining a shipping quote before requesting a return.

Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, storage charges, or similar costs associated with returning international orders.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued using your original payment method.

For eligible EU consumer withdrawals, any refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We may reduce the refund if the item's value has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
