What is the return policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the size and nature of furniture items, return shipping fees may be significant.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

When will I get my order?
We prepare your order for shipment within 3–5 business days. We ship via courier services, and delivery to European countries takes 7–14 days from the date of dispatch.

Our products are manufactured in Lithuania, within the European Union.
